  • Assist in producing communication products, Graphic Designing on humanitarian and development response by UNRWA in Lebanon, in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro and other video editing tools (Layout and design templates for new publications, presentations, infographics, invitations, certificates, banners, posters, booklets, and similar products in line with graphic guidelines)
  • Monitor, implement and review communications materials and advise on branding according to UNRWA branding guidelines on publications and communications products.
  • Photography services on Palestine refugee related issues, archiving LFO UNRWA photos and photo editing: restoration, noise reduction, tonal adjustment; Maintain photo library, deal with requests for photos, file new photos, prepare photo captions.
  • Films and videos: Produce short films and edit videos, including subtitles and animations or visuals as needed.
  • Prepare the draft script, storyboard and the final shooting scripts.
  • Review films and video drafts and provide feedback on branding, visibility, language, messaging, etc.
  • Deliver and transmit creative and innovative ideas for print, electronic, web-based and animated presentations;
  • Prepare maps, diagrams, captions and other illustrative material to support audio visual production and update such material as and when required.
  • Deal with concerned departments in planning meetings to set design and graphics needed, etc.
  • Join field visits to camps for community engagement initiatives with the public information office
  • And any other ad-hoc audio-visual material as may be requested.
