Lebanon: NBC Electrical Engineer

· In coordination with other units of the department, designs and provides technical supervision of all electrical works for the Nahr el-Bared Reconstruction Project;

· Prepares and checks accuracy of tenders and bids in respect of electrical work;

· Provides electrical maintenance back-up for all UNRWA installations in NBC including the five plots of temporary shelters in the NBC Adjacent Areas;

· Prepares letters, reports, payments measurements and final bills to contractors, verifies claims before payment;

· Follows-up with electrical authorities to provide electrical connections and services to Agency installations;

· Updates the electrical specifications in accordance with those established by the electrical authorities and ensures implementation of standards;

· Performs such other duties as may be assigned
