Assists the Head Storekeeper in supervising the receipt and custody of all supplies and ensures all supplies are appropriately stocked in the assigned areas and accurately recorded in the ERP system;
Assists in checking the received supplies s and goods; and posts the goods receipt , issues , and inspection data on the related ERP transactions;
Helps in maintaining up to date ERP records for his/her store;
Assists the Head Storekeeper in ensuring compliance of the agency standards of safety and security;
Helps the Head Storekeeper in ensuring the best utilization of storage area within the assigned warehouse;
Helps the Head Storekeeper in ensuring timely loading and off loading of trucks received and dispatched to various locations;
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
