Performs daily records maintenance in compliance with the agency transport standards and
the accurate format and sequence of documents;
Maintains records on fuel consumption as directed by supervisor and keeps up-to-date fleet
management records, accident cases and prepares related reports;
Maintains proper vehicle documentation and full records per vehicle; contributes, as
requested, in compilation of monthly reports and statistics; records and maintains drivers'
overtime and allowance schedules;
Carries out routine administrative work requiring the gathering and compiling of files and
other information; contacts other organizations to exchange information as required; responds
to and manages the incoming calls;
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
